          The poet acts as an administrative head in particular sector of education, with certain limited ariel sector. He has a Vision for his organization. He devised a Mission of Action Plans to improve his sector. He has given certain instructions for his staff and subordinates and transformed his instructions and advices in the form of a poem titled HIGH FLYER. This poem plays a major role in Man Power Resource Management.

One should select and perform a specific unique piece of work to be. Completed as a part of his / her duty. The selected task should have attraction and satisfy the expectations of the organization in which he / she works. If should have a distinguishing attribute.  He / She is held in high esteem by the output of the works and to derive on immense pleasure to be a part of the organization.

POWER RESTORATION

Capable of reaching gay.

The word ‘able’ has different meanings like capable, competent, fit etc., Of all the meanings the poet refers only competence that one should develop one’s skills, Calibre  and update his / her grade of excellence. He instruct everyone to acquire the skills by constant practice and training. After attaining the skill one should join confidence to achieve the goal. He /She should reach the intended goal with resounding cheer.

In this line the poet clearly differentiates ‘Able’ from ‘Capable’.

LINE 03:

BOLD STARTER

         Seal the cowardice tight and

         Deal Social devils as Fay

He never expects anyone to be afraid of something / someone / filled with fear / phobia on anything. He expects the activities listed below are to be blocked and sealed tight.

 He instructs everyone to deal the antisocial elements like plotter, Kidnappers, snatchers, fire-raisers, smugglers, blackmailers, bootleggars, bribers, conspirators, drug peddlers, gangsters, fraudsters, fleers, fugitives, jailbirds, hijackers, goons, law-breakers, violators, racketeers, rapists, strong armers, trespassers, thieves, etc., with his past experiences and the experience of the others along with the knowledge, and skill gained through multiple resources and also with the help of spiritual supernatural powers, one should overcome all the evils.

LINE 04:

STAR DEVISER

Head the crew with plan and

        Bed impediments in bay.

            He commands the leader of the establishment to preside over the crew in accordance with the systematic sequential steps to be carried out to achieve the goal.

          He instructs the leader to shoot down the interferences or obstacles that stops or delay the team in achieving the target. He also insists the leader to drown the preventive evil elements in the sea.

          He is very Confident  in defeating the hindrances and thrashing the obstacles by all means either to the graveyard (bed) or to the sea (bay).

LINE 05:

RIGHT CHOICE

         Eight directions are open wide

        Right one determines the way

The world is open to the maximum extent in all directions. But it is the duty of every  individual of the system to know the responsibility of the post that he holds and to  identify his innate talents, matching the responsibility with talents and deducing new dimension to accomplish his job focus in anew determined manner.

LINE 06:

KNOW CORE

One should formally get into a group of independent but interrelated elements of an unit, as a participant or a member and study the unit as a whole as an X ray that pierce the solid body.  In this line he notifies everyone to participate in all the  activities of the system and know the Vision and Mission of the system.  The factual information understood by the person would direct him go in the right path and also to reach the peak success.

LINE 07:

PRIORITY HIT

         Rack collect and prioritize aspires

         Pack them consistently ay okay.

The poet conveys a message to the readers regarding Prioritization (-a parts of Goal setting).

          One should have goals of elevated intellectual values.  The goals are to be collected and listed out systematically in accordance with focus, need, duration, financial input and output, benefiary volume, process, mode etc.  (They should be racked categorically. All the goals are to be graded and assigned with a priority numbers).

          While implementing the prioritized goal one should have systematically planned sequential stages.  After getting satisfaction, with the systematic plan it would be approved intellectually, sanctioned with proper financial support and passed Okay to pioneer the task.

SHOOT SORROW

Sorrows and make everyone pay.

 If one adheres and follows the directions given by the poet in the above seven lines then he/ she could see the works done simply and completely.

        The projectiles emerge from the eyes of the planned industrious persons will clear the emotions of great sadness bound with wastage, forfeiture, failure etc.,

         The products of the well planned organized human beings make others pay for their intellectual thinking, useful proposals, efficient Skillful process and progress and marvelous achievements.
