PRELUDE

        Nowadays, People are interested in fashionable items.  A common person also should know to Browse Internet, Multimedia, Mass media because all of them play major role in directing one’s life.  They provide opportunities in various fields such as, Education, Job Seeking, Employment, Marketing Products, Matrimony etc.,

        General public are urging in preparing themselves to fit for the polygonal contemporary world. They revolutionize their lifestyle, according to their requirements.  However, People show their urge in their day-to-day life in many ways.  In every aspect, they prefer quick comfortable process than the secured one. In this modern world, it is easy to buy or sell products through online or offline.

        Most of the times, Agreement Sheets, Documents or Papers are positioned in buying and selling process.  However, people choose their required product, make an unread agreement and buy the product without knowing the hidden consequences embedded in the small Technical Jargons printed in that agreement.

        We can finger out the persons those who read the agreement.

        Not only in Buying but also in transferring and installing a software, applying for an Exam, a Job, a Bus, a Train, an Airway ticket, booking a Room in a Lodge etc., people concentrate in attaining their goal but not in the given agreement.  They are not aware of the forthcoming killing verdicts that emerge from the signed-in agreements.

        However, it is not correct to tick a Contract / Settlement / Agreement Column without reading it. An agreement is essential for any dealing, transaction, more than that reading and understanding the agreement are essential than the agreement itself.  Its importance cannot be recognized until a problem occurs in that process. But, when problem occurs, People face difficulties in solving it, as the agreement may have a solution or instruction that they did not read and follow at the earlier stage.

        These situations cause wastage of money, time and give mental stress.  In this stage, some are giving up their mind of utilizing that feature, as they always want the quicker process.

INFORMATION TO PUBLIC:

·   People should be aware of each and every word given in the agreement.

·          The agreement also could be easy to read and understand.

·    Agreements are to be prepared in a normal slang which can be understood by common person. 

·        The content of the agreement should be clarified completely.

·       Both parties should be vigil on the content of the agreement.
