Kneel vesna pearl lovers
February is an unusual month giving the feelings of Meteorological Winter in the Northern Hemisphere and summer in the Southern Hemisphere. So it exhibits dualism.
          Vesna is a mythological Character. People in the rural areas celebrate the spring time by praising Vesna.    The poet asks everyone to kneel in front of Vesna in the way to express the respect.
          This month is called ‘helmikuu’ which means that it is a ‘month of pearl’. Snowfalls in the month of February fall on the trees. The snow on the branches and leaves fall down as small droplets. Due to the increasing chillness the droplets hanging from the leaves freeze again and forms frozen droplet. The frozen droplet seems like a pearl.
Since the lovers cherish during springtime the poet calls, this month as a ‘month of lovers’.

Ends and begins of leap

          The leap year comes once in four years. All the years have 28 days for February, whereas February of leap year has 29 days. Year 2016 is a leap year. February 01, 2016 is Monday (First day) February 29, 2016 is also Monday (last day). So the poet explains that the February month of leap year begins and ends with the same day.
          Blood related tendency of love appears like hiding and sending secrets which look like to the violet viola flowers of herbs in temperate regions. Viola is the symbol of February.

The poet says February is the month when the following events reach a high point (bloom) in a year.
  The Word ‘Bowl’ here represents the National Football League (US) Championship Game which is Conducted on first Sunday of every February, under the broad name ‘SUPER BOWL’.
  29th day of February in a leap year is generally represented by bissextile day/ No other month has this kind of specialty.
  Usually people mix seeds of different categories and keep in an outdoor device (bird table) to supply food for birds. So this month is termed as National Bird Feeding Month (US).
On 1st February people of Ireland celebrate the Irish abbess a patron saint, named Brigid.
The long emotional utterance with high volume freshness and Vitality of young person seems to like a sudden repaid flow of water. the poet here compares the emotional utterance with flood. At the same time he contradicts that through the emotional utterances are like flood, they are soft like feathers. He supplements that the feathers from waterproof cover for birds, in the same way the freshness of young ones channelize their energy. By using the word plume the poet glorifies the Vital  young persons in the society as cluster of feathers worn as a beautiful ornament.

          Revolution here represents the 25th February which is observed as People Power Revolution of Philippines.
          Second Sunday of February is the International Marriage day. Here the poet recollects, this by using the word ‘World Marriage’.
          Groundhog is a reddish brown North American burrowing rodent with course fur and short bushy tail commonly known as murmot. There is a belief in North America that if a groundhog emerges and sees his shadow on 2nd February,  the winter will extend for 6 more weeks.
          February is commonly known as Solmonath, meaning ‘mudmonth’.
          In the month  of February the developmental process among the flora passes to the mature stage. The progressive changes in the flora is represented here, by evolution.
          The people of republic Ukraine find hard solid frost in this month. So they call it as luty month, ‘the month of ice’.
          The  yield of cabbage (Brassica Oleracea ) is more in February. Its leaves and flowers are edible. Due to the high yield of cabbage this month is known as Kalemonath (month of Cabbage).

          The people of Czechoslovakia in their  Slavic language call February as Ulnor – Month of submerging. In February they find the icebergs sink just below the water surface but covered with water completely. They find difficulty in rowing the boats in February, so they call the rivers as ‘river of ice’.
          The people of Macedonia, of Balkan peninsula cut logs of wood in February. SO they call this month as ‘Sechko’ in Slavic language ‘month of cutting wood’
          The Social function ‘Februa’ held on 15th February of every year is meant for cleanliness named after ‘februum’ meaning ‘Purification.’
February 19th is an International Mother Languages Day. It is Celebrated to bring up harmony among all languages and to fine-tune the language skills in the Mother Tongue of every individual.
          The poet calls upon everyone to participate and discharge long loud cries on sacred matters (a Symbol of February) as natural flow of ground water through small narrow orifice.
          He feels this kind of act will reduce  the stress, make one enjoy heavenly things and outflow with constructive ideas.

Amethyst symbolize sincerity humbleness piety
Novelist gain energy gaiety
          February is represented by transparent purple colored amethyst used as gemstone. Amethyst Symbolizes Earnestness, Openness, Truthfulness, Naturalness, Humility, Humbleness, Righteousness, Piousness etc., The poet says since the month February is represented by the gemstone amethyst, it gives the above said Positive Characters among the human race and make them get desirable gains during this month.
          Usually the term ‘novelist’ represents a person who writes fictions in  prose in the form of a story.  The Poet introduces a different meaning here. He says that ‘novel’ is something pleasantly new and the novelist is one who gives pleasantly innovative, content of cognition, new mode of approach in accomplishing ideas into action.
          According to him the freshness springs in this month and make the skilled novelists device active strength in body and mind in achieving things enjoyably.

              Rigorous viable immense designs emerge
             Vigorous receptions induce merge
Standard, accurate, thorough, complete, feasible, practicable, huge systematic plans come out into view as a result of pleasant spring time intellectual process.
          The generated quality plans are received by physically or mentally active and strong personalities. They will act in such a way to integrate the plans and the power together to put into action towards success with favorable outcome.

The poet exclaims with joy on the following:-
          February is symbolized by ‘primula’ with tufted leaves from the base and stylish superficially attractive bright flowers clustered as rounded inflorescence at the top with youngest flowers in the centre.
          The  sight of beautiful primrose stands as the cause afforded to unify the thoughts  on  recurring elements in literature and arts in an aesthetic manner.

          On 14th February (Valentine’s Day) the blooming young buds convey the greetings to their chosen young sweethearts in memory of Saint Valentines. These greetings Steers one as a wheel to come up with dazzling skill.
