MAN POWER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
PROGRAMME
A.BASHEER AHMED, Principal, DIET, Ranipet, Vellore.
S.RAJESWARI, Senior Lecturer, DIET, Ranipet, Vellore.
The DIET as a District Level Nodal Agency has to
perform all the In Campus and Off Campus
Programmes and activities at the district level. At this juncture DIET Ranipet
has decided to carry-out all the District and Block level Educational Activities,
along with the Pre-service classes without any hindrance to both areas by
distributing the work to the available staff. So the DIET planned to introduce Man
Power Resource Management Programme for the in campus programmes.
Man Power Resource Management
Programme:
· To serve the Pre-Service
students
·
No classroom
should be left free (even a single period) for want of staff
·
All the
faculty members should have equal weight age in all the activities
· The expertise and
the experience of the all the faculty members should reach all the Pre-Service
students
· Pre-Service
students should know all the faculty members of the DIET
· All the faculty members should put equal inputs to the
students
· All the Blocks
in Vellore District should be monitored and
supported by all the DIET faculty members in implementing all the Academic
Activities
· The faculty
members with the direct school level experience alone can give proper inputs to
the Pre-Service students
·
This would
ensure the reach of up to date field level experience to the emerging teachers
from Pre-Service
· Vitalizing the
co–ordination between DIET and SSA in implementing the Training Programme from
standard I to VIII
· Energizing the linkage between DIET and RMSA
in implementing the Training Programmes for standards IX and X.
So it is proposed to adopt Man Power Resource
Management Programme in Vellore district to serve both the areas without any
hindrance to both.
