· All the staff, in the DIET are arranged in a Sequential
Order according to their seniority.
· Each and every staff is allotted with 1 or 2
Subjects.
· Since we have 3 Classes(D.El.Ed., I Year-1 &
D.El.Ed., II Year-2), there should be minimum 6 members to handle all the 3
classes per day.
· A separate mechanism is arrived to conduct the classes
in case of Observation/Teaching Practice/anyother programme for either
D.El.Ed., I Year/D.El.Ed., II Year as the case may be
· Each day 6 faculty members (4 faculty members for
2 Classes and 2 faculty members for 1 Class) will conduct the classes and teach
the student-teachers in the subjects specified against them.
· If one or more than one staff is on leave/on Training
Program/School Visit, then the next staff in the Sequential Order should come
and conduct the classes.
· The senior most staff on that particular day will
look after the Time Table
· He/She should ensure that all the 3 classes are
served by all the 6 staff(4 faculty members for 2 Classes and 2 faculty members
for 1 Class).
· A Separate Register should be maintained by Pre-Service
Senior Lecturer to ensure the presence
of 6 staff on each working day to serve each class.
· If there is an unexpected Program for a Senior Lecturer
/ Lecturer that should be immediately intimated to the Principal and the Section
clerk.
· The section clerk should intimate to the next
faculty member according to sequential order to come to DIET and conduct
classes.
· It is the duty of the Section Clerk to intimate 6 faculty
members per day as per Sequential Order(4 faculty members for 2 Classes and 2
faculty members for 1 Class).
· The Preservice Senior Lecturer and the Section Clerk
should maintain the Daily Duty Allotment Register in which the Senior Faculty Members
should allot the duty for all the 6 staff for 3 Classes (4 faculty members for
2 Classes and 2 faculty members for 1 Class) including him/her and get it
signed from the Principal DIET, Ranipet before the commencement of Prayer.
· The faculty members who attend the particular day
at the DIET should take care of all the classroom activities right from Morning
Prayer till the end of the class.
· The Section Clerk should send the Class Attendance
Register before Prayer in the morning and after lunch in the evening and
collect the entered Attendance Register within half an hour and get it
countersigned by the Principal.
· The Class Attendance Register of the students are
to be properly entered by the staff who handle the first hour in the forenoon
and afternoon.
