                   This set of Poems namely Key Poem and Main Poem fall under two different Categories. The Key Poem is an Acronym Poem and the Main Poem is an Acrostic Poem.

·         The Acronym ‘MIND’ of the Acronym poem takes the first Position in the Acrostic Poem.

The meaning of the Title,

ADEPT = Someone who is dazzlingly skilled in any field.

Smart people with common sense, sense of reasoning are responsible for their thoughts and feelings. They receive all sorts of information from all sources, analyse and understand the matter. They visualize and construct a neat Plan of Action. They act in a systematic manner and get the things done properly. the way of their action and behavior give them good Conduct and Dignity.

Mind	:	That  is responsible for one’s thoughts and feelings.
	:	An important Intellectual
Interact	:	Act with others
Enhance	:	Add something extra to make better
Nurture	:	Provide with nourishment

         

·         Human mind, which makes one as a significant, authoritative intellectual, is capable of interacting with others. The interaction may be of three types namely.

·         Mutual

·         Reciprocal

·         Collaborative

·         Mutual Interactions lead to sharing of concepts and having same or similar relation between things or events.

·         Reciprocal Interactions lead to a term or concept that has correlative relation to something else.

·         Alternatively there may be an exchange of concept or matter.

·         Sometimes it may go in a contrary manner commonly termed as inverse interaction.

·         The Collaborative Interaction lead to sharing of intellectual, abstract and read things in doing work or achieving the goal by all means.

·         All these interactions make the performance more intense, more attractive and heighten the position. Thus the above actions of mind promote one’s growth to the maximum extent.

Intense	:	displaying a distractin feature to a heightened degree.
Necessity	:	Anything Indispensable
Focus	:	Concentration of attention on something
Overture	:	Something that serves as a preceding event.

          Extremely sharp or strongly felt essential need of a person makes him/her to take the need as a preceding event to start the think Process. Based on the Essential, Acute Need Convergence of Thoughts Special Emphasis, and Resource Mobilization are put together as a prelude to open the programme of action.

Nugget	:	Small but valuable piece of advice
Open	:	Cause to allow entrance or exit (open minded)
Understand	:	Mentally perceive
	:	know and comprehend the meaning
Stature	:	High level of respect gained by impressive development

 One who is open minded to receive and entertain new ideas, search and collect even small but worthful portions of message or information or knowledge through experience or advice etc.,

          He/she understands the concept and applies in life. The developments and achievement derived from these acquired knowledge make them reach high level of respect.

Optimum	:	Most favourable Conditions
	:	Amount possible under given circumstances
Enrich	:	Improve in quality
Rapture	:	A state of being carried away by overwhelming emotion.

Those who apply their knowledge and perform the works skillfully give the best and most possible outputs under the given conditions and circumstances. They improve their Concept, Work Culture, Human Relations, Product Output, Financial Transactions, Both Quantitatively and Qualitatively. They fit themselves worthful for any award. This marked effective emotional force place them in a high position surrounded by over powering emotional environment.
