Mathematics
In this chapter the
topics are interwoven with Profit, Loss and Simple interest along with
formulae. The applications of percentage, profit and loss overhead Expenses,
discount and Tax were taught. The formulae for compound interest, simple
interest are given. The difference
between compound interest and simple interest is cleanly explained. Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits are
also given to get regular practice. People save in this institution at varying
rates of interest. Compound variables direct
and indirect variables such as time and work are very essential when we compare
the work outputs.
Geometry
In this chapter formation
of triangles in different ways are explained. The formats to find the area of a
triangle is explained. In this unit, the
concurrent triangles are also explained.
The centre of a
triangle, in centre circumcentre of a triangle are also explained with suitable
picture.
Pythogorus
theorem and the proof of this theorem are also explained in an easy way. Pythogorean triplets are explained with
suitable examples.
Circles:
Definitions
of a unit, facts of a circle such as chord. Secant Taught , arc of a circle,
segment of a circle, and sector of circle are explained with pictures and
definitions to make the children understand easily.

As per the
instructions given by Mr.A.Basheer Ahmed, Principal, DIET, Ranipet, the Tool
Administrators approached the allotted schools with VCDs and played them to
students. Totally 50 children viewed this video lessons along with their teachers.
At last feedbacks were given by the students and they
enjoyed seeing videos in the content.
The meaning of each and every meaning of the hardword has been made understood
to the children without the help of the teacher.
FEEDBACK
Those
students watched the above Video Lesson in VIII Mathematics enjoyed the lesson
very well.
The main theme of the lesson is understood to the maximum extent.
At the end, objective type questions were given to the students to measure their
level of learning. Feedback of the subject teachers about the lesson
were also taken into consideration for further modifications and improvement in
Video Preparation, Presentation and Content clarity.
