Instruction I:
        Macrame prospects,
·        Device plans for success.
·        Achieve the intended outcome.
·         Put efforts to accomplish similar or different benefits and advances.
·        Tie the benefits and advances gained out of earnest extreme activities by knots.

Instruction II:

Based on the assessment one should dare to undertake the new task.

SPOT
            Narrow source shoot scare.
Accumulate and compile all sources and forces focus on the area / subject / domain which needs great intellectual, physical, social and cultural process.  This act will destroy the fear or panic more quickly and violently.

REVERSIBLE
          Defeat competing opposing warfare
The act of obstructing obstacles in one’s improvement, are namely.
·        Competition
·        Opposition
Competition is a process in which two or more forces attempt by taking efforts for achieving the same goal,  without disturbing others. The competition may be in size, volume, extent, fiscal, fame or anything in a particular direction.
Opposition is a process in which one or more forces are preventing the acting force proceeding further.  All the other forces attempt to pull down the acting force through evil, immoral, villainous, criminal, undutiful, mode of approach.
In warfare two mechanisms are followed namely defense and offence. Under defensive measure, the military resources and forces shield the country from opposing potential armed opponent force, alternatively the same force take up offensive mechanism during the action of onrush while opposing military force.
As in warfare, one should commit to place hard work, physical and mental energy to manage and compete with the competitors.  Alternatively, he / she has to screen himself / herself along with the organization from all sorts of evil or villainous activities caused by others.

FRIENDSHIP
          Maintain divine friends glare
Among many friends, some are peculiarly fortunate, fantastic, impressive and noble.  One should protect the friendship of such persons intact and make shine intensely that everyone should regard it.

SELFLESSNESS
          Eliminate stingy personal welfare.
One should eradicate, cheap, ungenerous, mean spirited, self oriented promotional well-being.

NULLIFY
       Navigate negotiate nebulise declare
One should act as a navigator in making the organization dynamic.  Any organization can perform better, if the opposing pessimistic, destructive antagonistic factors are removed or rectified.  So the poet focuses more on antagonistic factors in this line.  He wishes one to defeat and eradicate the antagonism, in a systematic manner with logical order of cause and effects, in stages, periodically.  He proposes the stage wise action of a navigator in moving his ship with the action while defeating antagonism.  He says a leader has to navigate the following stages one by one:
·        Problem identification
·        Locating the root causes
·        Coining probable solutions
·        Feasibility check
·        Longevity check
·        Interim requirement
·        Precautionary measures
·        Solving problem
·    Combating interfering forces
·        Attaining success

·        Wipe out antagonism

In some simple problems, there is no need for navigation.  In such cases one can extend communication by way of exchanging views on the problem. An agreement could be arrived to solve the problem.
Anyway, the exceedingly large problems should be reduced to the size of an atom and removed from the organization.  After resolving, it should be emphatically announced in public that the troubles, difficulties and problems are overpowered.
